3: Type: / r_swapinterval 0

4: Type: / com_maxfps 333

The maximum value of the minimum is 333 FPS is 125. If you still can not see any increase, then the video card is probably too low.

More tips:

Go to Options, lower the resolution, set texture, light and model representation to lower window and play, do not know if this works can order give it a try..*
